I have used it to great effect at the Systema Academy in Wiltshire. 

It is used to quickly identify weak areas & get strategies and videos to expedite your progress!

It illustrates 10 functional assessments that will check your:

• 1-1 strength

• Balance

• Coordination

• Tension levels

• Mobility and freedom of movement

• Stress levels

It begins with a picture of each exercise and description. You use this to give yourself a score.

Then based on that score, there are tips, strategies and unlisted videos that you can use to improve those weaker areas.
