This tutorial has been extremely beneficial for me from a movement point of view.
Your course has made an excellent supplement to my training in assisting to improve my mobility, especially in the leg area.
I think the benefit of performing the exercises on the move – as with your breathing session – makes a fundamental difference to the learning of the principles which are being imparted, so again, it’s a really good, intense workout to follow.
On a few occasions, I’ve found that, after having completed the course, my movement has been more relaxed and free when doing other Systema work.
The mobility course has also assisted my movement on the ground, especially when getting up without the use of hands on both sides of the body (I sometimes struggle a bit on the left-hand side!) Again, the course has allowed me to improve this movement, making it less tense, more relaxed and fluid. - N. Davies
